Waterloo’s Strategic Plan process is based on evidence and engages a broad range of Waterloo faculty, students, staff, alumni, and community members who are providing their input to guide and develop the Strategic Plan. A Strategic Plan Advisory Committee has been established and will provide input and guidance on the process. Waterloo’s President and Board of Governors are expected to approve the plan in October 2019, ready to begin implementation in May 2020.

The implementation plan critically connects the goals and objectives identified in the strategic plan to actions to achieve them. The accountability framework will detail how we will track progress and understand our outcomes, as well as providing the content for accountability reporting.
