Waterloo’s Bridge to 2020 strategic planning process is grounded in a community engagement approach. The planning process is guided by the Strategic Plan Advisory Committee led by the Vice President Academic and Provost, and comprised of Waterloo’s Faculty deans, vice-presidents, the president of the Alumni Association, and one appointed and one elected representative of each of the student, staff and faculty associations.
Meeting at least once per month throughout the process, the committee’s main focus will be to provide input, guide and inform the overall 2020 strategic planning process, ensuring transparency and optimizing the relevance and value of the plan for Waterloo’s diverse stakeholder groups.
