Definition

The percentage of individuals who have left the University of Waterloo as a result of retirement in comparison to all of those regularized employees who left the University of Waterloo

Inclusions and Exclusions

Inclusions:

  • Contains only those individuals where an allocated UW Company Service Date has been assigned and they have resigned from the University as a result of retirement

Exclusions:

  • Employees without a UW Company Service Date. It also excludes those individuals who did not resign as a result of retirement

Revisions

January 2019 - Worday was officially launched as the new Human Resources system.  Historical data from the previous PeopleSoft system has archived, however data from prior years will not be restated.
