The plan will be developed and approved through internal processes with the president, deans and Executive Council. In October 2019, the president will bring the Strategic Plan to the Senate and Board of Governors for approval. This process will ensure that Waterloo’s plan is endorsed and supported by Waterloo’s leaders, and is a vital step to ensuring that the Strategic Plan is effectively implemented.
