Welcome to Columbia Lake Village-South! Columbia Lake Village-South consists of 100 townhouses with each townhouse complete with four private lockable bedrooms and one shared single-occupancy lockable bathroom. There is one Don for about every eight townhouses (units for single grads do not have a Don). This residence includes shared spaces such as central laundry facilities and other shared amenities in the Community Centre. There is one all-gender washroom located in the Community Centre.

Assignments: Students can book themselves into Columbia Lake Village South as part of the Campus Housing Application. Townhouses are either co-ed (all gender identities), unassigned gender (single gender but the first student to book sets the gender for the rest of the unit) or male/female only. Students in each townhouse share a single-occupancy lockable washroom, a kitchen and common area. Whenever possible, we prioritize assignments so that students at similar levels of study (e.g., upper-year, master's, or PhD students) are living together.

Access to a front desk in the community centre (hours here). The front desk offers: printing, stamp purchases, parcel pick-up and mail distribution. You can also visit the front desk to sign out equipment, facilities, movies and games. Looking to get mail delivered to your residence? Find your mailing address.

WatCard operated laundry facilities are located in the main laundry facility in the community centre.

In the Community Centre residents have access to pool tables, ping pong, foosball, board games and movies.

Residents are able to book shared rooms and spaces for group meetings or study sessions.
