Computer Science admission requirements for Indian system high school students
Program requirements
Standard XII Mathematics (Standard XII Applied Mathematics is not accepted) and one other Standard XII course, minimum final grade of 90% in each. Standard XII English. Overall 85% in Standard XII.
There are supplementary information forms, including the Admission Information Form, which are required for admission. We'll email you detailed instructions once we receive your application.
General requirements
First or Second Division standing in one of the following.- All India Senior School Certificate awarded by CBSE.
- Indian School Certificate awarded by CISCE.
- Other pre-university certificate awarded after 12 years of academic studies.
Notes
- Participating in the Canadian Senior Mathematics Contest and/or the Euclid Mathematics Contest is not required for admission, but writing one of these contests is required for some Faculty of Mathematics scholarships.
- You need to provide an English language test score if your four most recent years of full-time education have not been in an English language school system.
- If you repeat a course or take a course outside of your regular day school, see our Faculty of Mathematics policy for more information.
- Required courses completed more than three years ago may need to be updated. Email the admissions office for more information.
