In this talk, I will describe how AI is already transforming knowledge work, focusing on how professionals find information, interact with information-based applications and how they make decisions. I will start with a quick overview of Thomson Reuters and the R&D team: who we are and what we do. Then, discuss knowledge work and the main challenges / opportunities that we see across a number of industries followed by a number of case studies from the Legal, Financial & Risk, and News industries. For each cases study, I will introduce a problem, why it matters and how we solved it.
