- The Computer Science Consulting Centre provides assistance on an individual basis to students in mainly first and second-year CS courses
- The Mathematics Tutoring Centre provides assistance on an individual basis to students in first and second-year core math courses

- The Math Undergraduate Office deals with any inquiries regarding course selection and other general questions
- The Student Success Office offers resources and opportunities for students to learn about leadership and time management as well as having many services for international students or students studying abroad.
