The University of Waterloo's March Break Open House will be on Saturday, March 18, 2023 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. ET.


  • Attend in-person sessions hosted by your faculty of interest, including academic information sessions and sample lectures.
  • Chat with professors and students.
  • Take tours and visit our residences.

Sessions held elsewhere

  • The School of Architecture information sessions and tours will take place at our campus in Cambridge. 
  • Global Business and Digital Arts students can visit the Stratford campus for self-guided tours and demonstrations.
  • The School of Pharmacy will have one session on our main campus and one session plus tours at the School of Pharmacy campus in downtown Kitchener.

Can't join us in person? March Break Open House virtual sessions will be held on Wednesday, March 15, 2023. Register to receive details and links to the sessions.

The School of Architecture March Break Open House activities will take place at our campus in Cambridge, Ontario (directions will be shared in a confirmation email after you register). In addition to registering for March Break Open House if you are planning on visiting our campus in Cambridge, you must also register for our information sessions.


Due to incredibly high demand, we ask that in addition to registering for the open house, you also register for an Engineering tour and information fair time to help us prevent over-crowding and ensure a positive experience for you and your guests.

Global Business and Digital Arts

A Global Business and Digital Arts sample lecture and information booth will be held at our main campus in Waterloo. You can also visit the Stratford campus (directions will be shared in a confirmation email after you register) for self-guided tours and demonstrations.
