This day-long conference aims to bring together graduate students in I/O psychology, OB, and related disciplines to showcase their research and learn about the work of today's practicing I/O psychologists.
Organized entirely "by students, for students", the conference aims to enhance graduate student experience through the following activities:
- Career panel discussions featuring a panel of academicsand a panel of I/O practitioners discussing their career experiences and tips for success.
- Student research presentations on their latest empirical research, theoretical reviews, applied organizational research, or study proposals.
- Poster presentations on the latest research.
- Networking and after-hours socializing with other graduate students and the invited guest speakers.
