The 11th Annual Southwestern Ontario Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Organizational Behaviour (I/O & OB) Graduate Student Conference

This day-long conference aims to bring together graduate students in I/O psychology, OB, and related disciplines to showcase their research and learn about the work of today's practicing I/O psychologists.  

Organized entirely "by students, for students", the conference aims to enhance graduate student experience through the following activities:

1. Career panel discussions featuring a panel of academicsand a panel of I/O practitioners discussing their career experiences and tips for success.
2. Student research presentations on their latest empirical research, theoretical reviews, applied organizational research, or study proposals.   
3. Poster presentations on the latest research. 
4. Networking and after-hours socializing with other graduate students and the invited guest speakers.
