This workshop recognizes that the COVID-19 pandemic had and continues to have an ongoing impact on our moods, thoughts, and behaviours. This workshop will provide information around the impact on our nervous system, space to reflect on both growth and challenges of the last year and orient yourself to the ongoing changes of this pandemic.
The goal is to facilitate meaningful conversations around what works best for you when re-entering your world.
