Resiliency is "a process of using internal and external resources to manage challenging circumstances."
Resilience is a process that looks different for everyone. Resilience often involves using internal resources (like humour, mindfulness, hope, optimism, etc.) and external resources (like contributions to your community, sense of belonging, mentorship, etc.).
Everyone has their own story of resiliency. What's yours?
Use this link to submit your own story of resilience. We are looking for stories from all members of campus.
