Agile methods are becoming increasingly popular in many organizations as they offer greater flexibility in change, productivity, lower cost, better quality and customer satisfaction. However, while bringing benefits, moving from traditional to agile development is neither simple nor rapid.
In this context, technical, managerial, personal and cultural changes are necessary, bringing several barriers to be overcome. Requirements engineering, for example, needs a flexible approach to keep up with this paradigm. The purpose of this talk is to present some papers that show how requirements are documented and managed in agile projects and their main challenges.
