Keeping Well at Work: Navigating & Supporting Menopause in the Workplace

Thursday, November 13, 2025 10:00 am - 11:00 am EST (GMT -05:00)
Menopause and the workplace

Workshop Overview

Join Stacey Jacobs and Jay Love from the Sexual Violence Prevention & Response Office (SVPRO) to learn how menopause affects home and work life.

Menopause is a transitional stage in many people’s lives and affects not only people experiencing this stage in life, but those around them, including colleagues, family and friends. Education, resources and support have the potential to create more comfortable and inclusive workplaces and empower people through this transition.

Everyone is welcome as we can all benefit from learning more about Menopause. For everyone experiencing menopause, and for everyone who will, to feel included and competent in their roles at work, it is important to de-stigmatize and normalize this conversation.

NOTE: If you joined this session in November 2024, you’re welcome to join again for a continuation of the conversation and a discussion about how we can support one another and normalize this life transition.
