University of Waterloo employees and their dependent family members have a range of health and wellness services under the Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP), provided by Homewood Health Inc.

Wellness event and sessions
The Keeping Well at Work event occurs annually in October and features health and well-being keynotes, workshops, and wellness booths designed to help you with your wellness at work on a variety of topics, such as nutrition, mental and physical well-being, and more. Come and explore your wellness at this wellness event.
Healthy Workplace Committee is pleased to announce that the Employee and Family Assistance Program provider, Homewood Health, will be presenting wellness sessions for the University over the Spring 2022 term through Microsoft Teams. Each one-hour session will be facilitated by a Homewood Health representative.
