Employee and Family Assistance Program
University of Waterloo employees and their dependent family members have a range of health and wellness services under the Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP), provided by Homewood Health Inc.

Mental Health Training Opportunities
Campus Wellness offers a broad range of mental health training programs. Our goals are to raise campus mental health awareness, reduce mental health stigma, and support early intervention for those in need within our Waterloo campus community.

Keeping Well at Work (KW@W) is a monthly series of health and well-being-inspired engagement events and workshops for University of Waterloo employees.
