As communicated by the Provost on November 12, changes apply to the Staff performance appraisal process for 2020, as follows:
Staff can choose between one of the following options:
With either option, Staff’s performance rating for 2020 must be no less than the average performance rating over the previous three performance appraisal years, rounded to the nearest available performance rating. With department head approval and documented rationale, Managers may choose to award a performance rating higher than the average of the last three years.
