Homewood Health, the Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) provider for the University of Waterloo, has launched Pathfinder, its new digital platform. Pathfinder is an enhanced, future forward online experience that aligns your reason for accessing the program, the severity of your concern, level of risk and your care preferences to offer you the right service or resource at the right time that can be accessed 24/7/365. Pathfinder develops a curated care path and service recommendations based on your individual needs and preferences.
The Pathfinder Suite features:
As of May 26, 2022, employees will access Homewood Pathfinder by either logging in with their existing Homeweb account or creating an account on Homeweb.ca using the invitation code for the University of Waterloo. The invitation code is: UAL823. When creating an account, Homewood will ask you to provide the following:
Homewood Pathfinder allows you to access optimal care based on your unique needs and preferences using new, intuitive functionality and design with proprietary algorithms to create Canada’s best in class experience supported by 40 years of EFAP experience and over 140 years of mental health leadership and expertise.
These services are offered at no cost to you and your eligible dependants and are completely confidential. Explore how to access Pathfinder and learn more about its features.
