Have you visited Human Resources recently? In February we installed a QuickTapSurvey in our lobby that allows visitors to rate our service. This is one of several initiatives we’re putting in place to monitor and improve HR service.
On November 1st, we’re extending these pulse surveys to our HR service email accounts for 60 days. You’ll have the opportunity to instantly let us know if you were satisfied with our email responses.
Pulse surveys will allow us to collect detailed feedback and target areas where there’s room to improve. In the spirit of innovation, wellness and continuous improvement, these surveys will aid us in maintaining consistency of service across our department, and enable us to provide a better customer experience to University employees.

The University of Waterloo acknowledges that much of our work takes place on the traditional territory of the Neutral, Anishinaabeg and Haudenosaunee peoples. Our main campus is situated on the Haldimand Tract, the land granted to the Six Nations that includes six miles on each side of the Grand River. Our active work toward reconciliation takes place across our campuses through research, learning, teaching, and community building, and is centralized within our Office of Indigenous Relations.
