Dr. James Danckert's new book, Out of My Skull: The Psychology of Boredom, is featured in today's Daily Bulletin. Kitchener Public Library is hosting a virtual book launch on December 1 where James and his co-author John Eastwood, will discuss the potentially positive effects of boredom.
