Congratulations to our CSBBCS Student Presentation Award Winners!

Congratulations to Ryan YeungBrady Roberts, and Samantha-Ayers Glassey for their awards at this years Canadian Society for Brain, Behaviour, and Cognitive Science (CSBBCS) conference!  The Psychology Department had an amazing showing on the podium with 3/4 student awards going to University of Waterloo students this year. 

Best Oral Presentation:

Winner:Ryan Yeung for his talk, What are recurrent memories about? Understanding their contents and links to mental health using computational text analysis, co-authored with M. Fernandes.

Honourable Mention: Brady Roberts for his talk, The enactment effect: A meta-analytic review of behavioural, neuroimaging, and patient studies, co-authored with C. MacLeod and M. Fernandes.
 

Best Poster

Winner: Samantha-Ayers Glassey for her poster, Attention in hindsight: Using video-stimulated recall as a novel approach to capturing fluctuations in self-reported attentional engagement, co-authored with J. D. Wammes and D. Smilek.
