Kim Boucher provides a wide range of administrative, financial, and technical support to the department, and coordinates and supports departmental events and communications. 

Prior to joining CTE, Kim worked at the University of Waterloo as Associate Director, Engineering Admissions; and Outreach and Administrative Manager, Department of Knowledge Integration. She worked with the Shad high school enrichment program for 29 years, and helped start the Waterloo Unlimited high school enrichment program and the Bachelor of Knowledge Integration. She has a Bachelor of Applied Science (Chemical Engineering) from the University of Waterloo, and a Bachelor of Education from Queen’s University. Outside of work, Kim enjoys swimming, skiing, hiking and all things related to food.
