Computer Science alumnus Matei Zaharia comes back to the University of Waterloo to discuss Spark - a single programming model for big data sets - and the industry applications of the most active project in the Apache big data ecosystem.

Learn about all of our Computer Science programs by speaking with faculty, staff, and students at this 3-day long event. Gather important information about admissions, campus events, and deadlines.

The Ontario Universities’ Fair (OUF) began in 1997 as a way to help secondary school students gather information about Ontario’s 21 universities. Over 100,000 people attend the event over the 3 days.

Second, third and fourth year students are invited to learn about graduate studies in Computer Science and other math programs by attending this information session led by our faculty members.

Scholarship information will be presented at 2:45 pm.

Refreshments and snacks will be provided.
