    Professor Anindya Sen

    Professor Anindya Sen (Economics) has been appointed Associate Director of the Waterloo Cybersecurity and Privacy Institute, a multi- and interdisciplinary research centre with more than 88 research members from across the faculties.

    For her outstanding work as a marketing associate for a cybresecurity organization, Ingrid Kaffka, a major in English Rhetoric, Media and Professional Communication, has been selected 2021 Co-op Student of the Year in the Faculty of Arts.

  3. Mar. 15, 2022Dr. George Lamont appointed Teaching Fellow

    The Faculty of Arts is pleased to share that we have a new Teaching Fellow, Dr. George Lamont of the Department of English Language and Literature. Lamont is highly regarded for his teaching and holds numerous awards including the 2020 Arts Award for Excellence in Teaching. He joins the other five faculty Teaching Fellows who support excellent teaching within their faculties and also collaborate on a  number of impactful university-wide projects.
