Location: In-person, MC 2036

Description

Please note: This workshop is intended for faculty new to Waterloo (within 5 years).

This workshop will explore strategies for building a positive, collaborative relationship with the teaching assistants (TAs) in your course. Participants will discuss approaches for constructive guidance, effective communication throughout the term, and ways to support TA success. We’ll also look at common challenges and brainstorm practical strategies for addressing them.
