These developments are reshaping teaching practices and course dynamics, prompting educators to rethink assessments, redesign curriculum, and equip students with the skills needed to effectively navigate and leverage AI in their future careers.

Microteaching session (in-person)

Fundamentals Microteaching Sessions provide participants the opportunity to practice delivering a 10-minute lesson and receive constructive feedback in a supportive, low-risk environment. This session is held in-person.

In this one-hour hands-on workshop, instructors will be introduced to the Meta Quest 3 VR headsets and explore how virtual reality can support teaching and learning across disciplines. Participants will learn the core functions of the headset, review examples of educational use cases, and discuss considerations for classroom integration.

Teaching with Tech: A Practical ViewBoard Workshop - In Person (TII5010)

This introductory session helps you build confidence using the classroom technology available in the Tech Sandbox. You’ll get hands-on practice with ViewBoard Interactive displays and their interactive classroom features, including infrared touch interaction, multi-width pens, hand erase functionality, whiteboard and annotation tools, and system functions for casting and collaboration.
