We congratulate CTE's Director, Donna Ellis, on the publication of her latest paper in a special issue of To Change the Academy exploring“the one thing” that characterizes, inspires, challenges, or guides the educational development work of each contributor. The paper, "Changing the Lens: The Role of Reframing in Educational Development," recognizes the important role reframing plays in inviting different thinking, honouring multiple perspectives, promoting transparency, and uncovering new insights.
