The Centre for Teaching Excellence is currently advertising two positions:

CTE Faculty Liaison - Faculty of Health (13 month term)
A CTE Faculty Liaison provides expert advice to instructors, primarily in their Faculty, regarding teaching strategies, learning activities, course design, assessment methods, instructional innovations and the integration of appropriate and effective learning technologies into face-to-face and blended learning course designs. This role works in conjunction with various colleagues in their associated departments, Faculties, and/or university support units as well as colleagues at CTE, primarily the other Liaisons and CTE Senior Educational Developers. Educational Developer, Anti-racist Pedagogies (full-time, permanent)
The Centre for Teaching Excellence aims to foster teaching excellence, innovation, and inquiry by supporting instructor development, promoting a community around teaching, and nurturing a culture of teaching and learning at Waterloo. The primary purpose of the Educational Developer, Anti-Racist and Culturally Relevant Pedagogies, is to support faculty, graduate student, and postdoctoral fellows seeking to teach and supervise more inclusively. As part of Indigenous Knowledges/Anti Racism team the within CTE, the position will interact with our programming teams and curriculum team as well as with staff from the Indigenous Relations and Equity Offices. More details about this opportunity are available on the Careers at Waterloo site.
