*Please register by April 6, 2016 (This deadline allows us to plan appropriately for food, etc., so your cooperation is appreciated.)

Conference registration includes: participation in all sessions for the day, conference materials, refreshment breaks, lunch, and a wine & cheese reception.

We would like to thank the Associate Vice President, Academic for generously subsidizing this year’s Conference.

Payment Method

Please select one of the following 3 options. Please note, non-credit card payments will be processed after May 1, 2016. 

Please write the name of the UW unit head or Teaching Fellow paying for your registration.
Note: You will receive an invoice and will NOT be able to pay using a UW 31 digit account number.
If you have chosen "Credit Card" as your method of payment, please provide the address associated with your credit card including city and postal code.

Cancellation Policy

For University of Waterloo participants: If you cancel your registration after the registration deadline of April 6, 2016, your registration fee will not be refunded.  For external participants: If you cancel your registration after April 6, 2016, a $25 administrative fee will be kept. 

For all participants: If you are unable to attend  the Conference, you are welcome to send a substitute person.  Please provide proper notice, as well as the substitute person’s name and affiliation.
