As Educational Developer, Indigenous Knowledges, Madison supports instructors seeking to Indigenize and decolonize academic programs, courses, and pedagogy. Madison provides support to instructors across campus with the design and implementation on Indigenous Ways of Knowing and on Indigenous research themes, methodologies and practice, specializing in Traditional Ecological Knowledges (TEK). 

Prior to working at the Centre for Teaching Excellence (CTE), Madison worked in both the provincial & municipal government sectors in environmental management roles. Madison holds a Bachelor of Environmental Management from York University and a Master of Professional Education with a specialization in Indigenous Leadership from the University of Western Ontario. Madison was born & raised on Six Nations of the Grand River territory and identifies as a Mohawk Woman. Madison loves to spend time outside hiking, fishing and camping with her family & husband.
