Natalie supports instructors with teaching and learning initiatives and the effective integration of educational technology into face-to-face and blended learning course designs. Through conversation, she encourages instructors to think about innovative instruction, continuous course improvement, and relevant CTE resources. Relationship and kindness are core values that inform Natalie’s approach to work. She welcomes all questions related to teaching and learning and has particular interest in inclusive engagement, accessibility, wellbeing, assessment, reflection, and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI).

Prior to joining CTE, Natalie worked as an Instructional Support Coordinator at the Centre for Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) and as an Accreditation Assistant for the Faculty of Engineering. Natalie holds a MA in Education degree from McGill University and BA and BEd degrees from Brock University. She has undergraduate teaching experience from McGill University and Conestoga College. Outside of work, Natalie finds joy in baking, exercising, spending time outdoors, and making memories with her family.
