As Educational Developer, Curriculum: Accessibility and Inclusion, Victoria works on the Accessible Education project through the Teaching Innovation Incubator (TII). As part of the Instructional Programs and Practices team, Victoria helps explore how to create alternate program pathways, develop accessibility standards for teaching and learning, and identify a process to establish bona fide and essential academic requirements for programs and courses.
Prior to joining CTE as Liaison to the Faculty of Arts and AFIW, Victoria worked as an Instructional Support Coordinator and Program Development Specialist at the Waterloo Professional Development Program (WatPD) and as a high school English and ESL teacher. She received her B.A. and B.Ed from Western University and MA from the University of Waterloo. Victoria enjoys having lively debates about movies.
