Felicia Clement (she/her) is a Ph.D. Candidate in the Global Governance program hosted at the Balsillie School of International Affairs. She also completed her Master's in Global Governance through Balsillie. Additionally, she holds an Honours Bachelor's degree from Wilfrid Laurier University in Global Studies and Anthropology with a minor in Research Specialization. Felicia completed the CTE's Fundamentals of University Teaching in 2023 and is currently completing the Certificate of University Teaching program. She has not only TA'd but also serves as the Research Support Officer for Global Institutions, Diplomacy, and Justice at Balsillie, where she helps facilitate workshops and events to foster knowledge sharing and engagement.
Felicia is passionate about creating an inclusive learning environment grounded in empathy, understanding, and patience. She is a strong advocate for active learning and enjoys incorporating a variety of activities to promote meaningful engagement among learners.
