WaterlooWorks experienced an unexpected outage around 2:40 p.m. (EST) this afternoon, lasting for approximately 45 minutes.
The system vendor and IST worked to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. WaterlooWorks is back online.
There was no impact to system data. The match ran successfully and results are now available.
