Workday Feedback gives you clear choices about who can see feedback. These options are designed to support trust, transparency and positive use of feedback, whether you are giving it or requesting it.

Feedback Sharing Options
Don’t share with <employee name>: Your feedback is not visible to the employee. It is shared only with their manager and next-level leader.
Share with <employee name>: Your feedback will be shared only with the employee who requested it. It is not included in year-end conversation summaries.
Share with others: Your feedback will be shared with the employee, their manager, and their next-level leader. It will appear in year-end conversation summaries.

Workday feedback is intended to recognize good work, support growth and learning, and build connection and trust.
To see feedback shared with you, select View Feedback Received in Workday and you will be able to see who shared the feedback, the details and any badges or recognition received.
