Minimum Wage Changes October 1, 2020

The minimum wage rates in Ontario are increasing on October 1, 2020 as summarized in the following table:

"A team of stakeholders from across campus meets regularly to monitor and respond to the current situation and we will continue to issue communication to keep the campus community aware of the latest developments.

Staff performance appraisal season is now upon us. Please ensure that you review, document and discuss your performance for 2019 with your manager. Your performance appraisal should include a meaningful discussion that highlights your accomplishments in 2019 and goals for 2020.
