Human Resources is launching a new talent acquisition system to support the hiring of Staff and CUPE employees.
Beginning today, all recruitment requests for mission critical net-new, replacement and secondment Staff, and CUPE roles will be processed through the UWaterloo Talent Acquisition System (iCIMS).
Additional functionality has been added to myHRinfo to enable individuals to complete their TD1 tax credit forms on-line through self-service in myHRinfo. This functionality allows users to view the status of their current submission, have a history of any previous submissions and receive a confirmation e-mail when the submission has been processed. An additional login is required for e-signature purposes after the submit button has been clicked to confirm the submission is accurate.
Over the next several weeks, Human Resources is conducting a campus-wide survey in order to gain a better understanding of employee satisfaction with the services it provides. In order to establish the baselines measurements as we strive to meet our vision and mission, we need your help. Your opinions are essential to the Human Resources department’s ability to meet its goals and objectives, identify gaps, and use the data to generate improvements.
