A Community of Practice (CoP) has been put together, by the Internal CI Committee and Office of the CHRO, for Continuous Improvement (CI) and Change Management (CM). This community is open to all Staff and Faculty members interested in learning CI and CM concepts, tools and application. Through strong and collaborative relationships, the CoP’s core objective is to build a community of like-minded individuals with the purpose of expanding CI and CM knowledge and tools across campus, including affiliated institutions. Together, community members will exchange ideas, lessons learned, best practices and share advice on related work. For more information, we invite you to visit the CI and CM Community of Practice website.

The University of Waterloo acknowledges that much of our work takes place on the traditional territory of the Neutral, Anishinaabeg and Haudenosaunee peoples. Our main campus is situated on the Haldimand Tract, the land granted to the Six Nations that includes six miles on each side of the Grand River. Our active work toward reconciliation takes place across our campuses through research, learning, teaching, and community building, and is centralized within our Office of Indigenous Relations.
