Organizational and Human Development will work with supervisors, managers, and leaders to identify learning and development needs and design and deliver a customized workshop to support personal and professional growth.
Timeline: Requests for customized learning experiences require a 6-8 week lead time to allow for the customized design and facilitator availability.

Each of these experiences includes using externally developed workshop material and research. A member of the Organizational and Human Development team has been trained and certified to deliver the learning experience and will customize components of the workshop to meet learning needs.
