Hart will hold the Canada Excellence Research Chair (CERC) in Developmental Science, based in the Department of Psychology. Hart is an expert in developmental psychology who is at the forefront of using precision education to understand how and why some children struggle to learn to read and do math.

She Kills Monsters

The Theatre and Performance program's fall show, She Kills Monsters by Qui Nguyen, tells the story of Agnes Evans who, following the death of her teenage sister, Tilly, discovers Tilly’s Dungeons & Dragons notebook. Curious, she recruits an avid D&D player to guide her through this unknown world. She finds herself catapulted into a journey of discovery and action-packed adventure in the imaginary world that was her sister’s refuge.
