Remember: you are required to attend all scheduled interviews, regardless of their status as “Confirmed” or “Unconfirmed.” Be sure to check your WaterlooWorks dashboard often for any interview notices!
If you have an interview conflict:
Please note: As of November 2023, WaterlooWorks will no longer display the names and email addresses of other students on the interview schedule. This change, in consultation with the Privacy Office, is based on student concerns and the need to protect personal information. If you need to rearrange an interview time, please follow the interview conflict process outlined here and we will do our best to help accommodate an interview timeslot change.
- Submit an interview conflict form (WaterlooWorks> Submit a Form> Recruiting Term Support)
- Be sure to include as many details as possible in the form including:
- Times you are and are not available
- Your location availability (if interview location is different from your home UWaterloo campus)
- Find out more about what to do if you have an interview conflict
