For a Keeping Well at Work special event, join us, in partnership with the Cultivating Talent: A Mentorship Collective, for an interactive morning with guest speaker Natalie Stuart from Connect2You to learn about building your personal brand, ways to invest in cultivating meaningful connections with others, and strategies to ensure you are gaining access to a diversity of perspectives throughout your personal and professional life.
Participants will engage in meaningful Q&A, connect with peers, and leave with tangible next steps to step confidently into the role of CEO of You by learning how to:
- Discover how to craft a compelling personal brand that leaves a lasting impression
- Build authentic relationships to expand your influence
- Assemble a personal "Board of Directors" for diverse guidance and support
Through practical exercises and actionable strategies, this session equips you with the tools to elevate your recognition, reputation, and resilience in today’s dynamic professional world.

Natalie has a proven track record of delivering results, leading transformation, navigating complex and ambiguous environments, advancing diversity & inclusion, building relationships and coaching leaders in market-driven organizations. Her client experience includes VPs, SVPs, and C-Suite leaders in a variety of industries including Global Multinationals, Global Energy, Construction Management, North American Financial Institutions, North American Pharmaceutical Enterprises.
Natalie has an MBA from Schulich School of Business where she focused on International Strategic Management and Organizational Behaviour. She obtained her professional coaching certification through The Coaches Training Institute and is a member of the International Coach Federation (PCC). She is certified in DiSC, Hogan, SuccessFinder & the Leadership Circle Profile.
