Workshop Overview

Formerly known as Exploring Your VIA Character Strengths. Knowing your strengths and how to use them is essential to your career growth and development. This workshop will explore our strengths using the VIA Character Strengths assessment. We will explore how our strengths can be used in new ways at work and at home. We will learn how to spot and appreciate strengths in others, including our work colleagues, and create stronger connections with them.
