Audience: managers 

Add a Goal to a Direct Report

Use these steps to add goals to one or more employees. 

  1. From the menu, go to Team > Team Performance > Add Goal to Employee 

  1. Choose Create a New Goal or Copy Existing Goal  

  1. In Assign To, enter one or more employee names.  

  1. Complete the required goal details.  

  1. To allow the employee to edit the goal, leave Editable selected.  

    • Clear the checkbox if the goal should not be editable.  

  2. Choose Add to enter another goal, if needed, or click Submit to finish.  

Manager: View Team Goals

Follow these steps to view team goals for the entire team: 

  1. From the menu, go to Team > Team Performance  

  1. Under Actions, select My Team’s Goals. 

  1. Enter your Supervisory Organization and choose View by to Worker 

  1. Click OK to view results. 

    • You can export the table to Excel or use the expand icon (double arrows) to enlarge the table view.
