Workshop Overview:
The leader-follower relationship is integral to successfully leading people in the workplace. Following direction while supporting others and learning from your leader is part of what makes followership a complex but essential part of any fulfilling leadership journey. Combatting the myth that followership is a deficient characteristic of leadership and shifting the focus towards followership as a foundation of leadership is at the heart of this interactive, practical, conversation-based workshop.
