Custom Learning Experiences

Organizational and Human Development offers customized workshops that provide a unique learning opportunity for groups, teams, and departments. Organizational and Human Development will work with supervisors, managers, and leaders to identify learning and development needs and design and deliver a customized workshop to support personal and professional growth.

Timeline: Requests for customized learning experiences require a 6-8 week lead time to allow for the customized design and facilitator availability.

Custom Learning Options: The following is a list of customizable learning experiences focused on supporting individuals and teams to see themselves and the group with greater clarity and appreciation. Each of these experiences includes using externally developed workshop material and research. A member of the Organizational and Human Development team has been trained and certified to deliver the learning experience and will customize components of the workshop to meet learning needs.

Personality Dimensions Organizational and Human Development is certified in offering Personality Dimensions® assessment. Personality Dimensions is a self-assessment tool that invites employees to discover their individual preferences, styles, and temperaments while learning to recognize and appreciate the preferences of others. Personality Dimensions is an effective tool to improve communication, identify strengths and build on areas of development.
