- Lori Campbell Cree-Métis from Treaty 6 territory, Saskatchewan, and director of Shatitsirotha, the Waterloo Indigenous Student Centre, on gender and race
- Carol Acton Associate Professor of English at St Jerome’s University, University of Waterloo on war and life-writing
- Zaitun Hnin Pwint Phyu PhD student at York University, writer and storyteller of Rohingya refugees’ lives
- Jennifer Henry Executive Director of KAIROS Canada on its Women, Peace and Security program with five global partners
