If you're a counsellor or other school staff member, you can request copies of our admissions brochures for your office. If you're a student or parent, please use our request form for students.

Counsellors within Canada

If you're a Canadian high school counsellor or other staff member, you can request University of Waterloo admissions brochures mailed to you, or you can download PDF versions of the brochures.

Counsellors outside Canada

If you’re an international (outside of Canada) high school counsellor or other staff member, you can download University of Waterloo brochures. If you wish to order physical brochures, please fill out our international brochure request form. We'll assess requests based on quantities and location due to international shipping regulations.
