Juliane's diverse co-op experiences gave her a greater appreciation for her field of study, Public Health. Plus she gained valuable hands-on experience applying what she learned in the classroom.
At Waterloo, you have two great ways to study: regular or co-op.
Regular
In the regular program, you'll attend classes from September to April giving you some predictability knowing that you'll have summers off.
Graduate career-ready by enhancing your academic, co-curricular, and work experiences through EDGE, our experiential education certificate program.
Co-op
In co-op, you spend your time alternating between academic terms and paid work terms. It's a great way to network, build your resume, and earn money to cover your university expenses!

Our programs
Our four undergraduate programs are available via the regular or co-op system of study. Select your program of interest to compare streams and find out which is right for you!
