Workshop Overview
Join us for a beginner-friendly dot painting workshop designed to support your wellness through creative mindfulness. During this 90-minute session, you will get a step-by-step guide to learn different dot painting techniques and create your own mandala designs on wooden coasters.
This hands-on session offers you a peaceful break from daily routines while encouraging self-expression and presence in the moment. No prior experience is needed—just bring your curiosity and enjoy the process.

About the Facilitator
About the Facilitator
Roxana Bahrami is a pointillism artist based in Guelph, Canada. She believes in the power of art as a mindfulness activity, providing a meditative space for both the creator and the observer. Roxana’s work delves into the intricate dynamics of natural elements, showcasing the flexibility and resilience of our ecosystems.
Since 2015, she has been running dot painting workshops for local communities—both at her studio and in collaboration with organizations and associations across Ontario. Her workshops are designed as mindful, creative spaces where participants can slow down, enjoy the calming rhythm of dot painting, and connect with themselves and others.
Roxana holds a master’s degree in science from the university of Guelph and is a certified Knowledge Management Specialist, which informs her detailed and methodical approach to her art. Through her art, Roxana invites viewers to reflect on the delicate balance and resilience of nature, inspiring a deeper appreciation and mindfulness of the world around us.
