Workshop Overview
Back by popular demand, join chefs Mari-Beth Davis and Donna Shin for another fun-filled virtual lunch session—this time with a focus on sustainable recipes!
In this interactive virtual cooking class, we'll be making roasted broccoli soup and brunch casserole with day-old bread, eggs, and vegetables found in your fridge. Participants will cook up their own meals with enough leftovers for the next day.
All are welcome—no cooking experience required!

12 p.m. on Wednesday, October 15, 2025.
Prerequisite Materials
A recipe e-booklet, shopping list and instructions will be provided before the event to those who have registered. Participants will be required to obtain their own ingredients and cooking materials.

Mari-Beth Davis from Alumni Relations and Donna Shin from Co-operative and Experiential Education joined forces during the pandemic to lead online culinary classes together and share their passion for the love of food with others. Mari-Beth and Donna are avid bakers, cooks and love to nerd out about all things related to food.
